Agnieszka Bakuła is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the data protection regulations.

  • Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304 – for the use of marketing and advertising tools.
  • In order to provide users with additional information, the naturopathyway.com website contains links to websites administered by entities independent from the Administrator, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, or YouTube. Different clauses or privacy policies may apply. The Administrator encourages you to review their content.”

With regards to any websites linked on the Service that are not owned or under control of the Administrator, the Administrator is not responsible for their content or privacy policies. This data is processed for the purpose of informing users about the administrator’s activities, offering services, and communicating with users via social media tools. The legal basis for processing this data is the administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) in promoting their brand and services and building and maintaining a community associated with their brand.

The administrator may automatically match certain content to the user’s needs by profiling the user based on the personal data provided by the user. Profiling mainly involves automatically assessing what products the user may be interested in based on their previous online activities, including visits to the administrator’s website, and displaying advertisements for these products. The profiling performed by the administrator does not result in any legal consequences or similarly significant impacts on the user.

The Administrator can automatically match some content to the User’s needs, i.e. profile, using the personal data provided by the User. Profiling mainly involves automatically assessing what products the User may be interested in based on their previous Internet actions, including those on the Administrator’s websites, and displaying the profiled product ads. Profiling performed by the Administrator does not result in decisions that have legal consequences or similarly significant impacts on the User.

2.0 Provision of Services

2.1 Request for collaboration

On the website naturopathyway.com, the user has the possibility to send a cooperation inquiry, based on which contact is made with the interested party in order to arrange a visit. By filling out the form, the user must provide such contact information as: First and last name, email, phone, discipline. The provided data goes to our email inbox abakula.naturopathycentre@gmail.com.

By providing contact information in the form, it is equivalent to consenting to contact for the purpose of presenting a sales offer.

Your personal data contained in this form is processed for the time necessary to complete the decision-making process regarding potential cooperation. At any time, you can make a decision to remove the provided data, which will also result in the removal of your personal data from the database.

2.2 Newsletter / Direct Marketing via Email Marketing 

Via the naturopathyway.com website, you can subscribe to a newsletter containing information about new items, promotions, products, and services related to the website. In order to send the newsletter, your personal information such as your name and email address, as well as your website activity (e.g. to present individual content or product recommendations on the blog), is processed.

The legal basis for processing your personal data in the case of a newsletter is your consent, expressed by entering your email when subscribing to the newsletter. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Your data is processed for the duration of the newsletter’s existence, unless you decide to exercise your right to be forgotten, which also results in the deletion of your data.

By contacting us via e-mail, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the address of the sender of the message. In addition, you can also include other personal data in the content of the message.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us.

Using the widget that allows you to share content on social networking sites is associated with the acceptance of Facebook cookies and other social networking sites. Third-party cookies are also used as part of remarketing and as part of the statistical activities referred to below.

3.4 Cookies used for statistical purposes

We use cookies to track website statistics, such as the number of people visiting the website, type of operating system and web browser used to browse the website, time spent on the website, visited subpages, etc. We use Google Analytics in this regard. The information collected in this regard is completely anonymous and does not allow your identification.

3.5 WordPress Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you will be able to choose to save your name, email address and website address in cookies, thanks to which the above information will be conveniently completed when you write subsequent comments. These cookies expire after one year.

Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
